All Sales Are Final


All purchases made through $TICH’D are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase.

 

Exceptions! When Returns Are Accepted


We only accept returns or exchanges if the issue is due to an error on our part, including:

• Receiving the wrong item, size, or color from what was ordered.

A manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.


Eligibility for a Return or Exchange


If your order meets one of the above criteria, you must:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at stichd.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions, and a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.


Non-Returnable Situations
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size chart before purchasing).

 Damage caused by improper handling or use after delivery.


Refund Processing


If a refund is issued due to a verified error on our end, it will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
